Requirements:
1) Films completed after: January 1, 2022
2) Maximum duration: max. 30 min.
3) Country of production: For filmmakers in the Baltic Sea countries only: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia and Sweden + Iceland.
4) Screening format: Digital File (MP4 preferred)
5) Accepted genres: fiction, animated, documentary, experimental
6) Subtitles: English subtitles or a synopsis of the film in English is required.
