GENERAL COMPETITION

Founded in 2002, Silhouette aims at broadcasting and promoting short movies to a large audience. The festival takes place every year since twenty years. It is a convivial and open air event open to a large public and cinema professionals.

Opening submissions: December 1, 2022
Final deadline: May 1, 2023 Free
Notification of results: July 31, 2023

Requirements:
1) Films completed after: September 1st 2021
2) Maximum duration: 59 minutes, except for documentary films, which must not exceed 45 minutes.
3) Country of production: All countries
4) Screening format: Apple ProRes 422
5) Accepted genres: All genres

YOUNG AUDIENCE COMPETITION

The Young Audience Competition has several sections, addresses to precise ages:
- from the age of 3
- from the age of 6
- from the age of 9
