NON-PROFESSIONAL FILMMAKERS

Open for amateur film-makers


Opening submissions: April 15, 2019
Final deadline: May 31, 2019 Free
Notification of results: August 5, 2019


Preview format:
-Uploaded file (1 stamp)

Requirements:
1) Films completed after: January 1, 2017
2) Maximum duration: max. 30 min.
3) Country of production: For filmmakers of the Baltic Sea countries only: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia and Sweden.
4) Screening format: Screening compilations of selected films will be projected on DVD
5) Accepted genres: Short films, all genres

Other criteria:
6) Subtitles: English subtitles or a synopsis of the film in English is required.
7) Short films with maritime or aqua theme: We accept only short films with maritime or aqua theme: films about water.
8) Amateur: In this category we accept short films made by amateur filmmakers only.





PROFESSIONAL FILMMAKERS

Open for professional filmmakers

Notification of results: August 5, 2019
