Requirements: 1) Films completed after: January 1, 2020 2) Maximum duration: max. 30 min. 3) Country of production: For filmmakers in the Baltic Sea countries only: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia and Sweden. 4) Screening format: Screening compilations of selected films will be projected on DVD 5) Accepted genres: fiction, animated, documentary, experimental.
Other criteria:
6) Subtitles: English subtitles or a synopsis of the film in English is required. 7) Theme: Short films with maritime or aqua themes only (films about water).
