Films should have been completed after and including January 2020. However, considering that a lot of films did not manage to reach the big screen in 2020 due to COVID-19, we'll be more flexible with accepting films which year of production is 2019. If you fall in this category, please indicate it when submitting your film.

Co-productions are eligible, however the Netherlands have to have contributed to at least 50% of the production costs. Films with a less than 50% contribution from The Netherlands should be submitted to the International Competition.
