The FINECAA is an animation film festival dedicated to new expressions / new technologies. It welcomes any animated short film - partially or entirely produced in animation - which will have participated in renewing the cinematographic genre, whether from a technological
point of view, in its format, its storytelling, its narrative construction, the production methods or its relation to the public. These can be short-format, innovative, gender-neutral, inclusive productions,... linked to a new concept of format, expression,
production and/or technique which can offer an immersive or innovative experience to the viewer , refreshing the work and its message. We accept animated short films 1 to 30 minutes long.
