6) Language and subtitles: These films must be in French or in the original language with subtitles in French. 7) Dialogues: Films must include dialogues and must not be mute (a unique soundtrack will be considered without dialogue). 8) Honored Country: The country of honor is Albania for the 24th edition. Albanian films do not have to be produced or directed after August 31, 2022.
