1) Films completed after: No restriction
2) Maximum duration: 14 minutes 59 seconds
3) Country of production: All countries
4) Screening format: mp4 or mov Ultra HD H264
5) Accepted genres: Fiction (no documentaries, animation or 3D films)
Other criteria:
6) Subtitles: Subtitles in French mandatory for films that are not in French.
Please prefer subtitles directly in the video, separate srt files may cause problems during the final in the cinema, in front of an audience.
7) Director age: Directors have to be between 15 and 25 years old
8) Restriction: Each filmmaker can submit only one film.
