INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

The purpose of BISFF is to discover and introduce outstanding short films directed around the world. Moreover, BISFF aims to bring the world's latest and hidden gem-like shorts in the spotlight.

Opening submissions: November 1, 2023
Regular deadline: November 30, 2023 8 EUR
Final deadline: January 8, 2024 11 EUR
Notification of results: February 22, 2024

Preview format:
-Uploaded file (1 stamp)

Requirements:
1) Films completed after: January 1, 2023
2) Maximum duration: 30 minutes
3) Country of production: All countries
4) Screening format: MOV (ProRes 422), DCP
5) Accepted genres: All genres
6) Subtitles: All non-English speaking films must have English subtitles.

The list of selected films will be notified on February 22, 2024 on the festival website (www.bisff.org)
