Requirements:
1) Films completed after: 1st of January 2021 or later
2) Maximum duration: 30 min (including credits)
3) Country of production: All countries (expect Finland)
4) Screening format: DCP, Digital File (Apple ProRes 422 or H.264)
5) Accepted genres: all genres
Other criteria:
6) Completed films: Completed productions only (working copies will not be previewed)
7) English subtitles: preview and screening copy must be in or subtitled in English

Following prizes will be given to the film directors:
▪ Grand Prix: 5000 € and Festival trophy "Kiss" for the best film in competition
▪ three Category Prizes: fiction, animation, documentary (categories include experimental): 1500 € each and Festival trophy "Kiss"
▪ EFA Tampere Candidate according to the regulations set by the European Film Academy

▪ Audience Award

NATIONAL COMPETITION

National Competition ONLY for Finnish directors or Finnish productions/co-productions.
Films under 30 min will automatically also take part to the preselection of International Competition.

▪ Main Prize: 5000 € and Statuette "Kiss"
