The festival accepts films made in a country of the French-speaking countries or whose production is part of the French-speaking countries.


Opening submissions: April 20, 2020
Final deadline: August 31, 2020 Free

1) Films completed after: 31/08/2019
2) Maximum duration: 30 mins
3) Country of production: The Festival accepts films made in the French speaking area* or films produced by a country member of the French speaking area*: Albanie, Algérie, Andorre, Arménie, Belgique, Bénin, Bulgarie, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cabo Verde, Cambodge, Cameroun, Canada, Cap-Vert, Centrafrique, Comores, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Dominique, Egypte, Macédoine, France, Gabon, Ghana, Grèce, Guinée, Haïti, Laos, Liban, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Mali, Maroc, Maurice, Mauritanie, Moldavie, Monaco, Niger, Roumanie, Rwanda, Sainte-Lucie, Sao Tomé et Principe, Sénégal, Seychelles, Suisse, Tchad, Togo, Tunisie, Vanuatu, Vietnam. Observers of the OIF are also accepted : Argentine, Autriche, Bosnie Herzégovine, Canada-Ontario, Corée du Sud, Costa Rica, Croatie, République Dominicaine, Estonie, Gambie, Géorgie, Hongrie, Irlande, Lettonie, Lituanie, Louisiane, Malte, Mexique, Monténégro, Mozambique, Pologne, Slovaquie, Slovénie, République Tchèque, Thaïlande, Ukraine, Uruguay
4) Screening format: DCP
5) Accepted genres: Fiction, Documentary, Animation
6) Language and subtitles: These films must be in French or in the original language with subtitles in French.
7) Dialogues: Films must include dialogues and must not be mute (a unique soundtrack will be considered without dialogue).


Beneficiaries of a selected film will be informed from the 20th October 2020.
