Requirements:
1) Films completed after: 1rst march, 2023
2) Maximum duration: 30 minutes
3) Country of production: All countries but France
4) Screening format: File .mp4 « HD » 1920x1080 H264 - 24, 25 or 30 fps – Data rate > 5000 kb/s –1920/1080 Audio codec AAC@320 kb/s a subtitle file in .srt format, in the language of the film.
5) Accepted genres: animation (partial or not), new story telling, new technology

Short film produced or coproduced, including new storyteling / new technologies. All genres are accepted (including fiction, documentary, computer animated films...), only if it’s a short film including animation, new models of technology, storytelling and creation. These can be short-format, innovative, gender-neutral, inclusive productions… Any individual or corporate body (company, school, institute, agency) are welcomed.
