INTERNATIONAL FICTION SECTION

Only films not screened on previous editions of the festival can register.


Opening submissions: August 1, 2023
Final deadline: January 1, 2024 3 EUR
Notification of results: April 5, 2024


Preview format:
-Uploaded file (1 stamp)

Requirements:
1) Films completed after: January 1st, 2023
2) Maximum duration: 25 minutes
3) Country of production: All countries (except Spain)
4) Screening format: Full HD format (1920x1080) encoded in MPEG2 (.mpg)., Full HD format (1920x1080) encoded in h264 (.mov, .mp4)
5) Accepted genres: Fiction

Other criteria:
6) Subtitles: In case of a film in other language than Spanish, the preview copy must be subtitled into either Spanish or English and a list of dialogues in English must be provided.


On April 1st, the organisation will inform all the entrants the final list of selected short films to participate in the five official competing sections personally and in writing (to the contact email provided in the registration)





NATIONAL FICTION SECTION

Only films completed after January 1st 2023 shall be accepted


Opening submissions: August 1, 2023
Final deadline: January 1, 2024 3 EUR
Notification of results: April 5, 2024

5) Accepted genres: Fiction

Other criteria:
6) Subtitles: Films must be submitted with english subtitles.


Animated and documentaries shorts film are excluded of from this section , they must be submitted in Documentary or Animation sections.On April 1st, the organisation will inform all the entrants the final list of selected short films to participate in the five official competing sections personally and in writing (to the contact email provided in the registration)

5) Accepted genres: Animation

Other criteria:
6) Subtitles: In case of a film in other language than Spanish, the preview copy must be subtitled into either Spanish or English and a list of dialogues in English must be provided.

CHILDREN'S SECTION

Reflexive, vindictive, social, educational cinema,... The short films may be thematic and free genre, of no more than 15 min. of duration, and aimed specifically at children and young people made up of girls and boys between 3 and 17 years of age. Short films from anywhere in the world will be accepted, as long as the language is Spanish, either as the original language or dubbed. Despite not being endowed with an economic prize, a winning short film will be designated, whose vote will be made by the girls and boys attending the screenings.
