Double Deadline:
March 31th, 2023 for films completed in 2022
April 28th, 2023 for films completed in 2023.
The festival's audience may vote and a list of the 10 audience's favorite shorts will be announced. The event is also opened to other partnerships with different short film promoters resulting in different awards that are also announced during the closing ceremony.

Requirements:
1) Films completed after: January 1st 2022, never before submitted to the festival.
2) Maximum duration: 25 minutes
3) Country of production: all countries (except Latin American countries and Brazil)
4) Screening format: H.264 File, DCP (Digital Cinema Package)
5) Accepted genres: All genres
Other criteria:
6) : Unconcluded films will be accepted under the conditions below:
٠ The videos submitted for selection must be, necessarily, in its final cut. The only differences accepted between the evaluation file and the exhibition print are sound mixing, color grading and mastering.
٠ The submitter should inform that the film is not in its final version by filling in the designated space in the submission form.
٠ The film’s conclusion must be informed until June, 15th, 2023 for the film still be considered in the selection process. A new video file may be sent to replace the original one.
If the dialogue language is not Portuguese, English or Spanish the film must have hardcoded subtitle in one of these languages for submission and exhibition.
Advertising and / or institutional videos will not be accepted.
The submission of the film in the selection implies the agreement and permission of the rights holder for the online display of selected films during the week of the event.

The festival reserves itself the right to invite films for the selection process.

LATIN AMERICAN PANORAMA
|
