Other criteria:
6) subtitles: All non-French speaking films need to have English or French subtitles, and/or come with a subtitles file (.srt) in English (or in French if possible) attached to the online form in the «Medias» section.

The films entered in the International Competition can also be selected for other competitive sections (Zizzz Competition («Offbeat» or quirky films), Lab Competition (Experimental Films), French Competition) or for non-competitive sections (selections in keeping with the country having a place of honour in the edition concerned : Finland in 2023), Latin America Selection.

The festival proposes non-competitive selections for young audience (from August 25 at Septembre 3,2023) and competitive selections for classes school(Festival of the Little School of the Short Film / november 2023)
