CONCOURS DE COURTS MÉTRAGES SUR LE THÈME DE L'ENVIRONNEMENT
|
Regain 23 Short Film Competition focuses on the exclusive theme of the environment.
It is open widely: film buffs, amateurs, film school students or image professionals.
Through the competition, the objective of this project is in particular to:
- Highlight environmental initiatives
- Identify audiovisual and digital creation, and reveal talents;
- Promote meetings and exchanges between participants and a jury of professionals;
- Facilitate the dissemination of original works produced by film enthusiasts of all genres to the general public.
Films in the professionals and film school students category, selected by the jury of the
short film competition, will compete for the Grand Jury Prize endowed with 1,000 euros by Crédit Mutuel
of Fos-sur-Mer.
The jury of the short film competition will award the City of Fos-sur-Mer Prize for the films shot
on the territory of the municipality.
Films in the amateur category will compete for the Audience Award, which will be awarded to the short film that
will have obtained the most votes from the spectators of this screening.

Requirements:
1) Films completed after: 03/15/2013
2) Maximum duration: 15 minutes credits included
3) Country of production: international
4) Screening format: HD mp4 at 25 frames per second
5) Accepted genres: all
Other criteria:
6) minimum duration: 2 minutes
7) French subtitles: Non-French-speaking films must be subtitled in French (VOSTFR)

Contest participants agree to respect:
- The right to the image of the people filmed, with parental authorization for minors (blank authorizations on simple request by email).
- The rights for the music used.
Participants in the Competition ensure that they have filming authorizations from the authorities when filming on public roads.
Contest participants are insured for their own equipment in the event of theft, loss or breakage.
